Ordering information

To order the prescribed paste, suspension or tablets for the treatment of FIP, Pharmacie Delpech in Paris has set up an English-language portal.

Registration and prescription

Follow the link to the portal and first create an account by selecting “Create account”. For the telephone number, enter the national number only, without +30 or 0030. After registering, upload the prescription under “Create request”.

Payment

Payment is made after the invoice has been sent to the email address provided during registration. Payments are generally made by credit card. If this causes difficulties, Delpech also provides a PayPal account. When paying via PayPal, please include your customer number.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are normally dispatched by air freight on working days at approximately 6:00 p.m. Delivery usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Orders for which payment is received by 5:00 p.m. are dispatched on the same day.

During treatment: Always adjust the dosage to the cat’s current weight in consultation with the treating veterinarian.

Problems with registration or prescription upload

If you experience difficulties, email your contact details and a copy of the prescription to veterinaire@delpechparis.com. Correspondence is also possible in English.

Please do not send prescriptions directly to Delpech by post. This may result in valuable time being lost.
